O’Neal to Hold Property Tax/Rent Rebate Clinics

HARRISBURG – Rep. Tim O’Neal (R-Washington) today announced his office will host two Property Tax/Rent Rebate Clinics during the month of March.

“No one should pay for assistance in completing the program’s application,” O’Neal said. “I’m pleased to be able to have my staff out in the community to make it easier to apply.”

The clinics will be:
• Tuesday, March 10, at the Claysville Community Center, 212 Main St., Claysville, from 10 a.m. to noon in partnership with Rep. Josh Kail (R-Beaver/Washington).
• Tuesday, March 17, at the Donora Senior Center, 683 Meldon Ave., Donora, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The program is open to Pennsylvanians who are 65 or older, widows and widowers 50 years or older, and those 18 years or older with disabilities. Rebates are on the property taxes and rent paid last year. Income limits this year increased to $48,110 and the maximum rebate is $1,000.

Assistance completing the application will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring identification, all proof of 2025 income, and a signed rent certificate or paid property tax receipts.

The 48th Legislative District in Washington County covers the city of Washington; Amwell, part of Carroll (Districts 3, 4 and 5), East Finley, Fallowfield, Morris, North Franklin, part of North Strabane (Districts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5), Nottingham, Somerset, South Franklin, South Strabane, and West Finley townships; and the boroughs of Donora, East Washington and Green Hills.
